Customer Service Administrator We're working on behalf of our very friendly, established client to recruit them a Customer Service Administrator based in St Philips. This is a full time, permanent role with working hours of Monday - Friday 09.00 - 5.00 pm (there could be some flexibility on working hours). The salary on offer is circa £25,000 per annum (depending on experience). Parking is available onsite. Holidays are 20 days plus Bank Holidays. Company pension scheme is on offer plus the opportunity to join a company share scheme after the first 12 months! The role: Providing outstanding customer service, the key duties will be: - Processing customer bookings and queries - Responding to customers over the phone and on email - Supporting client enquiries from the education sector as well as professional sports We are looking for: - Previous office-based customer service and administration is desirable, but not essential as training will be provided - Understanding of quality customer service - Attention to detail is absolutely essential! - A confident approach with a willingness to learn Please click on apply!
