Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 support for a pupil in Year 4 with additional needs
* Support the class teacher with general TA duties, including small group work
* Promote a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
* Monitor and encourage pupil progress both academically and socially
* Collaborate effectively with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team
The ideal candidate will have
* Experience supporting children in a primary school setting (especially KS2)
* A nurturing and patient approach, with a genuine passion for supporting learning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
