Investigating Officer
Band: 7
WORKING HOURS: 9-5
RESPONSIBILITIES: To undertake complaints and PALS investigations for the Adult mental health and Learning disability division in Waltham Forest. Liaising with the complaints department and the services in fact finding and completing thorough investigations into complaints and writing outcome reports and response letters to complainants.
SKILLS/EXP REQUIRED: Experience of working within the NHS in a clinical capacity at band 7
QUALIFICATIONS & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 6 months Healthcare experience
2. Right to work in the UK
3. References covering last 3 years of clinical employment
4. NMC Registration
5. Overseas Police Check, if any
6. Indemnity Insurance
7. Up to date CV
