About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join our UK team. This role is pivotal in supporting day-to-day sales administration and order fulfilment, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You’ll work collaboratively across departments and play a key role in the growth and expansion of our UK operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Process orders from start to finish: booking, scheduling, arranging deliveries, invoicing, and credits.
* Respond to customer and colleague requests for product information, quotations, tender documents, and confirmations.
* Manage calls, emails, and chats professionally, prioritising requests and delivering outstanding customer service.
* Maintain accurate records, monitor returns (RGAs), and resolve customer issues promptly.
* Support loan stock requests and keep ERP/CRM systems updated.
* Run and update reports, spreadsheets, and assist with process improvements.
* Collaborate with all departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We’re Looking For
* Previous administration experience in a customer sales environment.
* Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and problem-solving ability.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (ERP/CRM experience is a plus).
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and flexible approach.
* Additional language skills beyond English are desirable.
