A leading Partnerships and Promotional marketing agency is looking for an experienced Account Director to help run creative partnerships campaigns for a flagship entertainment client. Super welcoming team, 12-month contract including benefits package and hybrid working (2 days in office).

This leading independent agency has been providing Partnerships and Promotional marketing campaigns to clients for over 20 years. Specialising in Brand Partnerships, POS marketing, and experiential promotions, they work with a portfolio of iconic brands in Entertainment and FMCG. Based in central London, their team is social and welcoming, with many members having been in-post for several years.
The Role
This is a vital role for the agency, covering maternity leave and acting as the lead on a flagship account. The role focuses on team leadership and delivering creative Promotions and brand partnerships campaigns. You will work closely with the client on creative ideation, partner identification, strategy, and pitching ideas. Ideal for senior-level Partnerships or Promotions professionals seeking a long-term contract with a high-value client.
Responsibilities include:
* Planning and managing Promotions and Partnerships Campaigns from conception to activation.
* Collaborating with creative and digital teams to deliver seamless promotions.
* Building strong relationships with clients based on trust and understanding their objectives.
* Managing and mentoring the team.
