We are seeking an enthusiastic Painter and Decorator, who is hands on with a can-do attitude and has high attention to detail.
Requirements
* Painting and decorating including properties and farm buildings to high standard.
* Painting and decorating of internal and external domestic and commercial buildings.
* Preparing materials and equipment.
* Responsible for tidying up and cleaning tools on completion of work.
* Other general maintenance duties as required.
* Travel between sites will be required.
Person specification:
* Demonstrate a proactive attitude and commitment to health and safety
* Knowledge of CDM advantageous but not essential
* Experience in a similar role
* Excellent attention to detail
* Professional manner
* Proactive and flexible approach to work
* Willing to take responsibility and ownership for tasks
* Ability to work autonomously when required, alongside effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
