Job Description
JCW is working with a leading Medical Device Manufacturer looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their Operations team and take ownership of key customer relationships in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth communication, project execution, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing day-to-day communication, weekly updates, and issue resolution
* Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Quality, Planning, Manufacturing) to support change requests and ensure timely delivery
* Monitor customer KPIs, lead business reviews, and support initiatives that improve customer experience and service levels
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; healthcare or medical device background preferred
* 3-5 yrs experience in account management or client-facing roles within regulated industries such as medical devices
* Strong communication, project coordination, and problem-solving skills; familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
