As Floor Manager, you'll support the Store Management team in running day-to-day operations. You'll lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure exceptional store standards and customer experience.
This is a permanent, full-time role requiring the flexibility to work a range of shifts across days, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities
* Deliver excellent service and maintain strong visual and operational standards
* Support, develop and motivate your team to hit sales and performance targets
* Ensure the store meets all legal, safety, and operational requirements
* Drive KPIs and manage performance effectively
* Contribute to a positive, high‑performing store culture
Qualifications
* Experience managing a team in retail or hospitality
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
* A hands‑on approach with a flexible, "can do" attitude
* Ability to think on your feet and make confident decisions
* Passion for retail and delivering great service
