Opportunity
On this 12‑week Summer Internship you’ll work alongside skilled professionals and from day one you will be contributing to real‑life projects, adding value for clients while exploring challenges with curiosity and creativity.
You will learn from others and begin creating your professional network for when you graduate. There are regular learning sessions with our leadership team, opportunities for site visits to local projects and a range of social events that will support your learning and development.
Our aim is to welcome as many students as possible back into our other programmes, whether another internship or a potential graduate position. This placement is the stepping‑stone to your future.
Key Responsibilities
You will help us deliver effective and professional services for a range of varied and high‑profile clients. Interns this year and in previous years have worked on projects for the Environment Agency/Natural Resources Wales, Network Rail/TRU, site developers, and Sellafield, gaining great experience of engineering in the real world. While you will have a great deal of responsibility from day one, we will give you the chance to take on more as you progress and broaden your skills.
