Your experience You’ve worked in a fast-paced office environment and know how to manage a high volume of emails, calls and admin tasks. You’re confident using systems, logging information accurately and staying on top of follow-ups. You’re professional, reliable and calm under pressure. You’ll stand out if you’ve worked in a sales support or customer-facing role before, especially if it involved technical products, B2B clients or a product-led business. What you’ll be doing with your experience in this role You’ll be part of the sales support function, working closely with Account Managers and Internal Sales Reps to keep communication flowing between the team and their customers. You’ll handle incoming enquiries, generate quotations, book in samples and update the CRM. You’ll coordinate admin tasks across departments, help manage key accounts and make sure nothing slips through the cracks. You’ll also support consignment stock processes and liaise with customer service, operations and procurement to keep everything running to schedule.
