About the Role
We are recruiting for a Family Law Solicitor with experience in privately funded family law matters. You will handle a diverse caseload including:
* Divorce and civil partnership dissolution
* Financial settlements and complex asset division
* Child arrangements and parental responsibility
* Cohabitation disputes and agreements
* Pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
You will also have the opportunity to work on high-value and high-net-worth family law cases, involving:
* Large property portfolios
* Business ownership and trusts
* Cross-border/international family issues
? Requirements
* UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
* Minimum 3 years' PQE in family law within private practice
* Strong knowledge of matrimonial finance and children law
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
