Position: Care Coordinator
Reporting to: Branch Manager
Role:
We are looking for a Care Coordinator to join our team at Cera Care Ltd. In this role, you will effectively and efficiently manage the delivery of high quality care services, ensuring that Care Workers are matched to Clients based on the level and type of care they need, along with, when possible, being in close proximity.
Requirements:
1. Experience working as a senior for a Domiciliary Care Agency
2. Motivated to deliver first class care
3. Awareness of scheduling and a rota system
4. Knowledge of CQC/CI/CIW Compliance is essential.
5. Organised, methodical, and a good eye for detail.
6. Ideally NVQ/SVQ 2 or 3 qualified (not essential)
7. Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
