Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
To act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and our customers. Handle enquiries efficiently, ensure services and deadlines are consistently met, introduce new products and projects, and deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the client relationship. A candidate with understanding of Fastener/ manufacturing is preferred.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Efficiently handle inbound telephone and email enquiries, ensuring a proactive and customer-focused approach. Providing support and advice to customers via telephone or email.
2. Ambitious and proactive individual with a strong desire for career progression and a commitment to continuous development within the organisation.
3. Confidence in F2F meetings with Key Customers as an important attribute.
4. Demonstrates strong self-management skills with the ability to effectively prioritise, organise, and manage their own workload to meet deadlines and objectives.
5. Managing all daily account activities (quoting, supply, queries, logistics etc)
6. Communicate effectively with customers across all channels—both domestic (UK) and international—always ensuring clarity and professionalism
