What You'll Be Doing
1. Responding to customer enquiries via phone and email in Dutch
2. Managing and prioritising requests including orders, samples, claims, and complaints
3. Ensuring timely and professional resolution of customer issues
4. Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
5. Collaborating with team members to resolve queries and meet performance goals
6. Escalating and correcting errors with a solutions-focused mindset
What You'll Bring
7. Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
8. Previous experience in customer service
9. Strong multitasking and organisational skills
10. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
11. Confidence using Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
12. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
13. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Your Schedule
14. Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm, 37.5 hours per week
15. Hybrid working model: 2 days from home, 3 days on site
