Mansfield District Council have a great opportunitiy for a Graduate Planning Officer to join the team based in Mansfield. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,403 - £28,142 per annum

What you’ll do:
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the Development Management team.
Carry out site visits, surveys, and studies to support planning decisions.
Contribute to the preparation of reports, strategies, and plans produced by the team.
Support public consultation events, including preparing consultation materials and responding to enquiries from residents and stakeholders.
Produce maps, photographic evidence, reports, and PowerPoint presentations to communicate findings effectively.
Undertake technical tasks such as validating, registering, and processing planning applications, appeals, and Tree Preservation Orders.
