JD Young (JDY) is an exclusive Graduate Program designed for high-potential graduates who want to make an impact in the world of logistics, supply chain, and e-commerce. The program aims to provide hands-on experience, mentorship, and the opportunity for career growth in a fast-paced and innovative environment. Graduates will have the chance to transition into full-time roles upon successful completion of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
1、Assist and execute campus marketing campaigns to grow our presence among European student audiences.
2、Plan and deliver creative e-commerce campaigns that engage customers and boost brand visibility.
3、Analyse campaign performance, gather insights, and refine strategies based on data.
Qualifications:
1、Experience in platform operations, integrated marketing, or user operations within the internet industry is preferred.
2、Understanding of the underlying logic of standalone app/PC operations, with well-established methodologies and practical experience.
3、Strong data sensitivity, logical thinking, and data analysis skills; able to utilize data insights to support daily operations.
4、Fluent English and France proficiency strongly preferred.
