Essential requirements:
4. Driving licence and use of a car
5. Familiarity with Welsh Language is desirable.
6. Adhere to the Annualised Hours scheme, responding flexibly to emergencies and standby requirements based on fairness and equality principles.
7. Maintain safe working practices and comply with relevant health and safety regulations.
8. Conduct your role politely and orderly, while undertaking additional duties with appropriate training.
Responsibilities
9. Perform grass cutting with handheld and ride-on equipment in open spaces and schools.
10. Assist in grave digging and cemetery tasks with appropriate training, including machine operation and manual handling.
11. Maintain horticultural features like shrub beds and annual bedding areas.
12. Mark and maintain various sports facilities, and undertake landscaping projects in open spaces.
13. Conduct arboriculture work, respond to fly-tipping service requests, ensure proper evidence collection, keep vehicles clean, perform safety inspections, and use all plant and machinery as per manufacturer instructions.
