As the Creator Success Agency Squad Lead, you’ll be responsible for managing the team that supports Fanvue’s sales agencies. These agencies represent large groups of creators and play a vital role in scaling the platform’s revenue. Your focus will be on overseeing agency-facing reps, driving agency performance, improving retention, and ensuring agencies are consistently growing and delivering results.
You’ll combine strong leadership skills with deep operational oversight, supporting your team with training, strategic direction, and performance tracking while collaborating cross-functionally to align with Fanvue’s broader goals.
What You'll Do:
Team Management and Coaching
* Lead and support a team of Creator Success Agency Reps.
* Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews and team syncs to ensure alignment and accountability.
* Provide coaching on relationship management, communication quality and tactical execution.
Agency Strategy Oversight
* Guide the team in delivering structured, high-impact support to agency partners.
* Work with reps to set earning targets for agencies, track progress and resolve issues.
* Monitor at-risk agencies and assist in executing retention or reactivation strategies.
Performance Monitoring
* Oversee performance reporting for agencies and reps, using internal tools and dashboards.
* Track key metrics like MoM earnings, retention, and churn indicators.
* Provide regular updates to leadership on squad performance and agency health.
Process and Operational Excellence
* Uphold and continuously improve internal SOPs and playbooks related to agency management.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose scalable improvements.
Cross-Team Collaboration
* Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on handovers and target setting
* Act as a feedback loop between agencies and internal teams, including Product, Support, and Marketing.
* Support internal strategy development by sharing trends and insights gathered from your team.
Who You Are:
* Experience managing or leading a high-performing team in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales Ops.
* Strong understanding of agency operations in the creator economy or a platform environment.
* Excellent coaching, prioritization, and communication skills.
* Proficiency using data and performance tools to track and steer outcomes.
* Process-driven with a high standard for relationship management and execution quality.
