Job Description:
The role of Operations Coordinator is a dynamic hospitality role which incorporates customer service, administration, and a hands-on approach to the day-to-day running of the business. You will ensure guests receive seamless service and effective communication throughout their stay. Responsibilities include updating booking information, providing advice and suggestions to guests, working closely with the housekeeping team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, and proactively identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will be a hospitality professional, with experience ideally gained from a residential or hotel setting. A positive attitude and confidence in liaising with various stakeholders are essential. Experience from restaurants or tourism sectors will also be considered.
The package offers a highly attractive salary of £35,000 per annum. Due to the nature of the business, the role requires flexible hours, covering shifts from 9-5, 12-8, and 1-9 across various days.
