What You’ll Be Doing:
* Take ownership of recruitment for your region, delivering tailored strategies to meet hiring goals.
* Use a variety of sourcing methods, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and headhunting—to attract top talent
* Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a personalised and professional experience at every stage
* Partner with hiring managers to support interviews, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
* Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain accurate records in the ATS
* Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation’s values and career opportunities
What We’re Looking For in a Recruiter:
* Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site environment
* Strong sourcing skills—you’re not reliant on job ads and know how to find hidden talent
* A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
* Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
