Pagos Consultants is a specialist recruitment agency operating across technology and high-growth markets. We are expanding our contract division and are looking for a 360 Contract Desk Consultant to take ownership of a warm technology desk while driving new client acquisition.
This is a high-autonomy role suited to a commercially sharp contract recruiter who understands how to build, manage, and scale a profitable desk.
The Opportunity
You will inherit a warm contract desk with existing clients and live requirements, while also being expected to win new technology clients and onboard additional business.
This is not an account management role. You are expected to:
* Drive revenue from existing accounts
* Proactively win new contract business
* Manage the full 360 lifecycle
* Build a strong contractor network
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a warm portfolio of technology contract clients
* Win new business within the technology sector and convert prospects into active accounts
* Source and place high-quality technology contractors across key verticals
* Negotiate rates, terms, and contracts with both clients and candidates
* Manage contractor relationships, extensions, and renewals
* Maintain strong market knowledge across contract hiring trends, IR35 considerations, and rate benchmarking
* Take full ownership of desk performance and profitability
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience running a 360 contract recruitment desk within technology
* Strong understanding of the contract hiring market, including compliance and commercial structures
* Demonstrated success in both account management and new business development
* Confidence negotiating rates and managing contractor pipelines
* A driven, commercially focused mindset with the ability to operate independently
* Ambition to scale and grow within a performance-led environment
