Robert Half are working in an exclusive partnership with a reputable company in Chippenham to recruit a Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant on a permanent basis. This is great opportunity for someone to take ownership of the accounts payable process, whilst collaborating with the wider finance team with adhoc tasks. The Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant role would be ideal for someone that has proven experience, is keen to add value and play an integral role within the finance team. The role is 25 hours a week (Monday - Friday), salary up to £28,000 (full-time equivalent) with hybrid working and other excellent benefits.
The Role
The main duties of the Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant role will consist of:
* Processing invoices; matching purchase orders, inputting and making amendments.
* Statement reconciliations.
* Liaising with suppliers and dealing with queries.
* Processing expenses.
* Managing the accounts payable inbox.
* Credit card reconciliations.
* Processing payments.
Requirements
To be considered for the Part-Time Accounts Payable Assistant role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience:
1. Must have proven accounts payable/purchase ledger experience.
2. Qualified by experience or AAT qualified.
3. Good attention to detail.
