This is a great opportunity to work alongside our experienced Workday team. We are looking for someone who is pro-active, has a love of systems and strong people skills.
We are looking for a dedicated Workday Support Specialist to join our internal Workday team. You’ll also support our governance agenda working closely with our risk teams.
Provide global support for day-to-day operations and small change activities, ensuring the smooth running of the Workday platform. Monitor and manage the Workday support queue, prioritising and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 incidents and service requests through ServiceNow in a timely manner. Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve system issues, escalating more complex problems where required.
Maintain the operational effectiveness of Workday through proactive system reviews and ongoing analysis. Support semi-annual Workday releases by conducting regression and unit testing of new features and system updates.
Continuously identify and implement opportunities to optimise system efficiency, drive automation, and enhance user adoption. Deliver consistently high standards of global customer service to all Workday users.
We flex locations, hours and working patterns to suit our customers, business, and you. Most of our people are smart working – spending at least 50% of their time in our offices each week – combining the benefits of flexibility with time together with colleagues.
We’re inclusive and welcome everyone – we want applications from all backgrounds and experiences. Excited but not sure you tick every box? Even if you don’t, we would still encourage you to apply. We also consider all forms of flexible working, including part time and job shares.
