* Basic salary up to £35,000 (Master Techs up to £40,000)
* On-target earnings of £50,000 – £60,000+ (some technicians earn £100,000!)
* £2,500 signing-on bonus, paid in instalments
* Clear progression pathways into Master Technician, Diagnostic, and Service Manager roles
* Ongoing training through manufacturer academies (BMW, VW, JLR, etc.)

🔧 The Role
* Carry out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on a wide range of vehicles
* Diagnose faults using the latest technology and manufacturer systems
* Perform safety inspections and ensure vehicles meet compliance standards
* Deliver excellent customer service, explaining technical issues clearly
* Work closely with the service team to provide a first-class experience
✅ What We’re Looking For
* NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) – essential
* Strong diagnostic and repair skills across modern vehicle systems
* A valid UK driving licence
* Motivated individuals who want to maximise earnings and career progression
* Previous experience at a main dealer or major independent (Kwik Fit, Halfords Auto, Marshalls, Nationwide Autocentres, etc.) desirable
