The opportunity
We’re offering a valuable 6‑week paid internship within our Risk and Compliance team at our Bath office. Whether you’re just starting out or exploring a new field, we welcome applicants aged 16 and over from all backgrounds.
This exciting opportunity is designed to give you a real insight into the working world, develop key skills, and gain meaningful work experience in a professional services setting.
It is an integral part of the data cleanse process and will help the firm to ensure all data is correct, up‑to‑date and compliant. You will work across our operational teams – Finance, Risk and Compliance, and IT – to maintain the accuracy of our data and support system changes.

Key responsibilities
General duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assist with the identification of redundant data
* Removal of old and inactive data
* Removal of duplicate data
* Amend incorrect data
* Amend system codes
* Upload new mass data
* Work with 3rd parties to help with data related issues (e.g. records not updating or data changes not applying etc)
* Generally support the business with data cleansing requests
No prior work experience is required – just bring your enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
We're looking for individuals who are
* Aged 16 or above by the start of the internship
* Reliable, responsible, and motivated to learn and demonstrate initiative
* Interested in learning about business functions
* Good communicators who enjoy working with others
* Good attention to detail
* Proficient IT skills
* Available for the duration of the internship or at least 5 weeks

* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence to challenge constructively and offer alternative approaches
* Solutions focused approach with drive to improve processes and outcomes
* Strong organisational skills, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas and influence decision‑making effectively
* Adaptable approach in managing workload and supporting others
* Ability to work collaboratively and display a team‑first attitude
