Mortgage Broker (Turkish Speaking) – Self-Employed | Hybrid (Central London)

This is a unique opportunity to join a well-established brokerage offering a structured hybrid setup, high-quality inbound leads, and full back-office support — all designed to help self-employed brokers succeed without needing to generate their own client base.

Due to growing demand from Turkish-speaking clients, they’re looking for a qualified mortgage broker who can confidently deliver mortgage advice in both English and Turkish.
The Mortgage Broker Role
As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll provide advice on residential and buy-to-let mortgages. All leads are pre-qualified and supplied by the business, meaning you can focus on client service and conversion.
This is a self-employed position with a hybrid working model. You’ll work from home on Mondays and Fridays and attend the Central London office Tuesday to Thursday for collaboration and support.
* Provide professional, compliant mortgage advice to a diverse client base
* Handle and convert qualified inbound enquiries
* Conduct client meetings in both English and Turkish, where applicable
* Submit mortgage applications with full administrative support provided
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with FCA requirements
* Stay informed on lender products, criteria, and market changes
Mortgage Broker What’s on Offer
* Self-employed role with a 50/50 commission split
* £2,000 monthly guarantee for the first 6 months to support your transition
* Hybrid working: Home-based Mondays and Fridays, office-based Tuesday to Thursday (Central London)

Mortgage Broker Requirements
* At least 12 months’ experience as a mortgage broker or adviser
* Strong knowledge of residential and buy-to-let mortgage products
* Fluency in Turkish and English – essential for supporting specific client needs
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills
* Comfortable working in a self-employed capacity
* Able to commute to Central London for office-based days
