Change Enablement Lead - Specialist Housing & Care Homebased - with travel to London/Bradford for occasional meetings About the Role We're looking for a Change Enablement Lead to shape how change is truly adopted across a complex, regulated organisation. This is a senior specialist role accountable for ensuring change is embedded, understood, and sustainable for both colleagues and customers for this award-winning not-for-profit Specialist Housing and Care organisation.
