About the Role

We are hiring a Marketplace Manager to lead our UK online channels. You'll drive growth across channels including Amazon, eBay, B&Q, Temu, The Range, and Shopify combining strategy, hands-on execution, and performance marketing to boost sales, grow market share, and hit key targets.

What You'll Do

Marketplace Strategy & Growth

* Create and deliver plans for each channel that support business goals.
* Manage day-to-day marketplace activity across key platforms, ensuring smooth execution.
* Improve listings to boost visibility and conversion.
* Develop pricing, promotions, and buy box strategies to maximise competitiveness.
* Lead product launches and key events like Prime Day and Black Friday.
* Play a key role in the UK marketplace P&L — including revenue forecasting, budget management, and performance reporting.

PPC & Performance Marketing

* Run and refine Amazon Ads (SP, SB, SD) to hit key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, and CTR.
* Build campaigns based on product type, stage, and keyword intent.
* Test creatives, headlines, placements, and bids to boost performance.
* Deliver monthly PPC reviews with clear, actionable insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with the wider team to ensure accurate forecasting, in-stock performance, and efficient delivery.
* Develop high-converting, SEO-optimised listings.
* Work with finance and commercial teams on promotions, ROI, and revenue goals.
* Coordinate all marketplace initiatives.

Key Skills & Experience

* Minimum 3+ years' experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
* Experience with other UK marketplaces such as eBay, B&Q, The Range, Temu, Shopify and TikTok.
* Proven success managing Amazon PPC campaigns, delivering on key metrics like ACoS, ROAS, and CTR.
* Proficiency with eCommerce tools such as Brand Analytics, Helium 10, DataDive, Jungle Scout, and Sellerboard.
* Experienced in marketplace optimisation: SEO, A+ content, brand stores, and reviews.
* A history of developing strategies for end-to-end product lifecycle across multiple categories.
* Solid understanding of P&L, forecasting, and reporting processes.
* Skilled at analysing campaign performance and refining future strategies.
* Collaborative team-player.
* Enthusiastic about testing new platforms, features, and tools.
* Analytical mindset, able to extract insights from data and turn them into actionable growth strategies.
