Role responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients both in person and over the phone
- Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Manage reception duties including greeting visitors and handling incoming calls
- Utilise Microsoft Suite to maintain and organise office documents and correspondence
- Ensure efficient communication within the team and with clients
Experience skills:
- 5 years of experience in customer service, office support, or administration
- Familiarity with legal processes and terminology is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
This full-time position offers an annual salary of £23,000 to £25,000 depending on experience, along with a pension benefit.
