**Job Summary**
We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to oversee our cleaning operations, ensuring exceptional cleanliness standards across our property portfolio.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in team management, staff performance development, and adherence to health and safety guidelines.
Responsibilities include overseeing weekly stock checks, communicating with management on any issues, and reviewing team work practices and environment.
This is a part-time opportunity working night shifts, with a 7 nights on/7 nights off pattern. A typical shift may involve working from Monday 18:00–03:30 and Tuesday to Sunday 18:00–03:00.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Professional cleaning experience with a focus on team leadership.
* Familiarity with COSHH and Health and Safety guidelines.
* Excellent communication and team management skills.
* Basic computer skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
