Service Team Leader (NVQ Level 3 / Field Based)£33,250 + Training + Progression + Blue Light Discount + COSTCO Membership + Paid Mileage + Company BenefitsStoke-on-Trent, with travel to Stafford, Crewe and TelfordAre you a Team Leader or similar from a Supported Living background looking for a varied role where you will make a difference on the lives of those needing Social Care support as you cover 4 regional sites within a well-established company who operate across the UK and pride themselves on specialist training and offering progression pathways for staff?This well-established company offer high quality, person-led care and support for adults with mental health and learning disabilities, mainly within the supported care industry. They boast numerous sites across the UK and due to continual growth are looking for someone to join their team and take the role forward.In this varied role you will be covering 4 sites- Telford, Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford as you oversee a tight-knit team carrying out a range of leadership responsibilities including ensuring relevant training and risk assessments are carried out for staff and service users.
