The Croft is a family run care home based in Normanton, Wakefield. We pride ourselves on delivering quality care to our residents and strive to ensure that we hire high-quality staff members.
We are looking for a full time Senior Care Assistant to join our team, providing quality care to our residents. The position is worked on a rota basis to include some weekends and bank holidays.
Requirements for Senior Care Assistant role:
· NVQ Level 3 is preferable but not essential
· Transferrable DBS Certificate is preferable but not essential
· More than 2 years experience working in a care home environment as a Senior care assistant is essential
· You MUST be able to demonstrate that you have the skills and experience to perform well in this role.
· To possess good manners and a flexible approach
· Ability to communicate on all levels
