Recognize that our members expect a high standard for their fitness experience. You’ll be dedicated to making it enjoyable and memorable. The role involves varied night shifts focusing on cleanliness, hygiene, guest experience, and pool area maintenance, including responding to poolside alarms.
The Role
1. Cleaning and health & safety checks throughout the club
2. Conducting full security checks during the night to ensure club security and member safety
3. Having full and up-to-date knowledge of the NOP & EAP
4. Applying training and knowledge of leisure night audit procedures to meet company standards
5. Developing detailed knowledge of security and emergency procedures and executing them accordingly
6. Maintaining operational standards related to service, hygiene, health, and safety, while minimizing wastage
7. Assisting the Hotel Night Team as needed
8. Attending fire training every 3 months and other health & safety training
9. Demonstrating knowledge of the hotel’s facilities and conveying relevant information
10. Handling complaints politely and positively, resolving issues on the spot when possible, or passing information to the Night Manager/Leisure Club Manager
