St Pierre is a premium, French-inspired, brioche-focused bakery brand that makes 'Everyday Moments Magnifique'. It has experienced rapid growth over the last 5 years across the USA and UK and is expanding into the rest of the world market.
Grupo Bimbo is the world's largest bakery, operating across 34 geographies worldwide. In October 2022, Grupo Bimbo acquired St Pierre with a vision to expand globally.
The Sr. Director, General Management will have full P&L responsibility for the St Pierre brand and private label business across the U.S. market. As a Sr. Director, you will be a key member of the Sr. Pierre Global Leadership team, responsible for the development and delivery of the Full Potential across the U.S. business.
Key Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the customer and market growth strategy for the St Pierre brand across the U.S., aligning with global plans and Grupo Bimbo goals.
2. Execute the Full Potential program focusing on Velocity, Innovation, and Distribution.
3. Implement the global brand communication platform and in-store activation to increase awareness and household penetration.
4. Design and execute impactful launch programs for defined brands.
5. Develop customer contact strategies and marketing campaigns aligned with production capacity.
6. Lead discussions on manufacturing capabilities and capacity planning with Grupo Bimbo.
7. Optimize supply chain capabilities to support business expansion.
8. Protect and grow the Customer business, maximizing profitability.
9. Analyze market and customer trends, monitor competitor activity.
10. Build partnerships with key stakeholders including St. Pierre, Bimbo USA, and Bimbo Corporate.
11. Support business integration into St Pierre Global.
12. Contribute to internal reporting to St Pierre Global aligned with Grupo Bimbo deadlines.

Education and Work Experience:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.

* 8+ years of management experience, preferably across multiple locations.
* Proven leadership in team development, change management, and performance improvement.
* Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
