HGV Class 1 Driver / Trackway Operative - All Weather Access
Location: High Roding, Dunmow
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Occasional weekend work as required)

The Role:
We are looking for a dependable and flexible HGV Class 1 Driver / Trackway Operative to join our team. This is a dual-role position where driving duties will be required on a sporadic basis - not every day - with the rest of the time spent as a hands-on Trackway Operative.
Driving Duties (when required):
Operating Class 1 vehicles for delivery, collection, and site work
Ensuring all driving tasks are carried out safely and within legal guidelines
Trackway Operative Duties:
Preparing orders for dispatch
General maintenance and servicing/cleaning of trackway products
Assisting with yard organisation and upkeep
Supporting the team with other general yard duties as needed
Installing/de-rigging trackway products
Operating forklifts
Delivery/collection driving (3.5 Tonne Vehicle + Trailer)
General maintenance & housekeeping
Cleaning/maintaining trackway
What We're Looking For:
Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) Licence
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous experience in a similar driving/yard role preferred
A hands-on, team-oriented attitude
Flexibility for varied tasks and occasional weekend work
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
