What is the opportunity?
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team in any of our offices as Business Development Sales Support on a 12-month FTC basis.
This role involves providing proactive relationship management and assistance to the Head of Nationals & Networks and Key Account Managers to enhance growth within the Intermediary market.
What will you do?
* Make inbound and outbound calls, send emails, manage campaigns, and handle inbound inquiries from Advisers nationally.
* Ensure all Adviser data and activities are updated in our internal systems.
* Act as liaison between BDMs, Advisers, and Investment Managers.
* Attend and prepare for Adviser meetings with key stakeholders.
* Provide contact data for national firm distribution.
* Participate in strategy meetings to plan activities.
* Coordinate with Compliance, Marketing, and Event teams for various activities.
* Distribute communications to BDMs & Advisers.
* Engage in ad-hoc projects as required.
* Follow-up on new business and literature requests to generate leads.
* Identify and pass on new sales opportunities.
* Support new IFA relationships and ongoing account servicing.
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
* Experience in sales teams and knowledge of the Adviser market.
* Understanding of regulatory and financial issues.
* Basic compliance and risk awareness.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
Nice-to-have
* Experience with Financial Clarity and FE Analytics.
* Knowledge of RBC BD investment propositions.
