The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching in KS1.
* A strong grasp of the KS1 curriculum, including national curriculum requirements and assessment strategies.
* The ability to deliver engaging and interactive lessons that inspire young learners.
* Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive contribution to the wider school community.
* A willingness to engage in professional development and school initiatives.
