The Amazon Account Manager will take full ownership of the Amazon platform for the client’s brand portfolio, leading strategy and performance across listings, advertising, inventory, and key promotional events. The role requires someone commercially sharp, analytically driven, and fully fluent in the Amazon ecosystem – someone who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.

* Develop and deliver strategic growth plans across Amazon platforms, focusing on sales, visibility, and profitability
* Manage product listings with optimised content, imagery, and brand storefront consistency
* Lead Amazon advertising (PPC, DSP, Sponsored) aligned with event calendars
* Work cross-functionally with logistics, brand, and digital teams to ensure seamless inventory and campaign execution
* Build relationships with Amazon teams and act as the main point of contact internally and externally

* Possess in-depth knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central ideally - but we could look at a super strong Amazon Seller as well as long as they're happy to adapt to the nuances of the Vendor Platform.

* Be highly analytical with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets
* Bring experience with Amazon advertising tools and ranking optimisation techniques
* Be confident managing JBP negotiations and internal spend ownership
