We are seeking an organised and proactive Property Coordinator to join our client, a growing property group based in North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and experience within the property industry.
Working as part of a team, this role will play a key part in ensuring that the property portfolio is well-maintained, compliant and supported through excellent communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling and organising property maintenance and repairs
* Handling tenant communication and providing ongoing support
* Coordinating with contractors, suppliers and service providers
* Ensuring all properties remain fully compliant with relevant regulations
* General property administration and portfolio support
Key Skills:
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Previous experience in property / real estate
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and work independently
* Confident liaising with tenants and contractors
* Strong IT skills
