Now, with significant long term contracts secured, they’re entering a new phase of growth and need a Head of Quality to step up and lead from the front.

You’ll:
* Take full ownership of the Quality function end to end
* Shape and professionalise systems, processes, and standards
* Act as the senior authority on all quality matters
* Represent the business in high stakes customer discussions
* Lead and develop a capable, technically strong team
* Play a key role in scaling operations as production ramps up
What You’ll Bring
* Proven leadership experience in aerospace or a similarly regulated, high precision environment
* Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, and quality governance frameworks
* Confidence working with demanding, technically astute customers
* A balance of strategic thinking and hands on problem solving
* Experience driving structured, data led improvement
* A calm, credible, and assertive communication style
* A genuine interest in developing people and raising standards
