This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, from rolling out campaigns and coordinating photoshoots, to managing partnerships and creating on-brand assets. Company Benefits: * Company Pension Scheme * Company Quarterly Events * Private Medical Key Responsibilities: * Manage the master marketing calendar to keep campaigns and deliverables on track. * Oversee timelines, briefs, and asset delivery across key campaigns. * Liaise with internal teams and freelancers to ensure smooth execution. * Coordinate photoshoots from concept to completion. * Manage marketing assets across CRM, social platforms, and third-party channels. * Handle incoming marketing enquiries and direct them appropriately. * Support brand consistency across all visual and written touchpoints. * Collaborate on campaign concepts and creative development. * Create marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign). * Assist with photoshoot styling, briefing, and art direction. * Identify and support creative brand-aligned partnerships. Experience and Skills Requirements: * At least 2 years’ experience in a creative marketing or brand coordination role. * Exceptionally organised, proactive and detail-oriented, with a hands-on approach. * Proven ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced or agile environment. * Confident using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and InDesign. * Skilled in managing deadlines, timelines, and project workflows. * A collaborative team player who’s equally comfortable working independently. * Must be a car driver If you have not been contacted within 5 working days, then unfortunately on this occasion your CV has not been shortlisted
