Senior Sales Consultant A Property developer have a requirement for a Senior Sales Consultant to work on one of their developments based in West Yorkshire. The development includes a range of apartments ranging from 1-3 bed with the addition of local amenities including restaurant, gymnasium, hair salon, etc. As the Senior Sales Consultant you will take the lead on the development and will be responsible for the sale of apartments and achieving a high conversion rate from visitors to reservations. Senior Sales Consultant duties and responsibilities to include: Ensure the sales and marketing suites are presentable and to the highest standard at all times Build relationships with potential customers Contact local business, estate agents and solicitors to build rapport and raise awareness of the development Assist with the training on new sales staff Be familiar with NHBC for housebuilders Lead weekly team meetings to ensure the development is on track to achieve goals and targets Provide a high level of customer service and communication to exceed customer expectations Be aware of the specifications and the sales process to be able to provide guidance to potential customers Complete office administrative duties including taking calls, responding to emails, booking appointments and preparing sales literature for customers Conduct viewings of the show homes Negotiating sales and extras Proactively follow up sales leads and convert into reservations and then onto legal completions Display a high level of organisational skills to keep track of and coordinate key sales and completion dates Achieve a high customer satisfaction score through questionnaires issued to homeowners after legal completion Skills & Experience required: Minimum 10 years' in a customer facing role Sales experience within the property industry, knowledge of the housing industry and knowledge of the buying and selling process are preferred but not essential Excellent Customer Service and communications skills Empathetic A willingness to be proactive and self-motivated A positive attitude Excellent basic salary and commission on offer along with healthcare and pension scheme, 26 day annua leave and death in service benefit. You will work on a 2 week rota (Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday) and your working hours will be 10am to 5pm.
