Electrical Contracts Manager – Belfast
We are working with a leading Belfast contractor to recruit for their new Electrical Contracts Manager to join their senior management team and to oversee electrical projects with some major clients in Northern Ireland.
In this role you will take full ownership of electrical projects, this will include
* Pricing
* Managing contracts ensuring delivered on time and within budget
* Project planning, scheduling & budgeting
* Oversight of procurement
* Approve design & site inspections
* Leading electrical teams & ops
* Health & safety
What we are looking for…
* Ideally electrically qualified (i.e. NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installation or similar)
* 5 + years progressive experience in contracts / project management within the electrical sector or associated industry
* Commercially minded
* Strong leadership attributes
* Confident IT skills
