Digital Marketing Manager (Mat Cover, 12–14 months)Didcot - Hybrid£46,000Hays Marketing are currently supporting an Oxfordshire-based client who work within the retail/manufacturing sector with their need for an experienced digital marketing expert to cover a period of maternity.The successful candidate will take ownership of all digital and mediamunications for the UK business and line manage a digital marketing executive while ensuring alignment globally with all digital activity. The Role
1. Work collaboratively with channel sales leads to develop digital media strategies
2. Develop and execute retail media plans with DIY customers
3. Work with emerce customers to maximise brand exposure
4. Plan and execute print/digital media to support retail, projects initiatives and product launches
5. Work with HQ to develop B2C paid social and search campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness and engagement
6. Oversee B2B and B2Cmunications across various platforms including website, email marketing and social media
7. Manage the overall product website and content strategy, ensuring the site is up to date and aligned with marketing goals
8. Work closely with HQ teams on SEO optimisation and new digital projects
9. Work with external PR agency to manage press releases, media coverage and press interviews
10. Create launch kits to support product launches and marketing campaigns
The Candidate
11. Marketing degree or CIM qualification
12. 4 years experience in similar roles (marketing and digital)
13. Be able to demonstrate experience using data to inform results and maximise performance
14. Excellentmunication skills and stakeholder management
15. Able to manage multiple projects at the same time
