About the Role
As our client's site continues to grow, they are expanding their Process Team - and we're looking for motivated individuals to be part of this exciting journey. Your Working Pattern
Production Hours: 7:30am - 7:30pm
Shift Duration: 9.45 hours (includes a 30-minute paid break + 45-minute unpaid lunch)
Shift Pattern:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2: Wednesday & Thursday
Typical Shift Time: 9:45am - 7:30pm (subject to agreement)
What You'll Be Doing
Following written procedures and Health & Safety guidelines
Maintaining accurate records in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Operating with precision and care in a busy production setting
Collaborating with your team to meet production goals
Taking initiative to organise and prioritise tasks independently
Who We're Looking For
Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (preferred but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Great communication and teamwork skills
A reliable, safety-conscious approach
Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
