The Role
We’re looking for an exceptionally organised, proactive, and calm‑under‑pressure Studio / Traffic Manager to join Arena3 on an initial 6‑month contract, with the potential to evolve into a full‑time, permanent position. This role is the heartbeat of our studio ensuring projects run smoothly, people are in the right place at the right time, and the business operates with clarity and rhythm. You’ll work closely with the Arena3 team and clients across every area of delivery: project scheduling, resourcing, financial tracking, and internal communication. You’ll be the person who keeps the machine running and enabling the team to focus on what they do best: world‑class creative work.
