* Technical Authority: Ensuring all work meets RAC Approved Garage and manufacturer standards.
* Mentorship: Supporting and guiding junior technicians to maintain our 5-star reputation.

* Qualifications: You are a Senior Vehicle Technician or Diagnostic Tech (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
