Service Administrator Location: Warrington Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Role An established engineering company is seeking a proactive and organised Service Administrator to join their busy Warrington office. This is a key role supporting both the service team and wider business operations, ensuring that customer orders, stock control, and administrative tasks are managed accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities * Use Sage 200 to raise purchase and sales orders, generate delivery notes, and process transactions. * Prioritise workload effectively in collaboration with the workshop supervisor to support operational needs. * Liaise with customers and suppliers to obtain prices and quotations, ensuring orders and deliveries are correct. * Manage a CRM quoting system, sending quotations and preparing costing sheets for the service team. * Handle general administrative duties, including answering calls, scanning, and filing. * Maintain accurate records, including customer weekly reports and updated spreadsheets. * Oversee stock control functions such as goods in/out and support monthly stock checks. * Use Office 365 confidently for email and document management. Skills & Experience * Previous experience in an administration or service support role (engineering/manufacturing background preferred). * Confident in using Sage, Sage 200 or similar ERP/accounting software. * Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask. * Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-focused attitude. * IT literate, with good working knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word). * A proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
