This role will see the successful candidate complete a wide variety of maintenance and repairs on systems such as airborne communication systems and cockpit recorders. The work will be involved on both modern and vintage aircraft.

The Role:
* Perform routine and scheduled maintenance of avionics systems including communication, navigation, radar and flight control systems.
* Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair faults in avionics components and wiring using diagnostic tools and technical manuals.
* Conduct functional and operational tests on repaired and installed avionics systems to ensure airworthiness.
* Support aircraft inspections with a focus on avionics systems and equipment.
* Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work in accordance with aviation regulations and company policies.
The Person:
* Proven experience in a similar role.
* From a military background or similar.
