You and your role As part of the Digital Portfolio Management function, you will ensure the successful delivery of a portfolio of projects and programmes. This involves planning, prioritising, and tracking progress, managing dependencies and risks, and maintaining a clear view of the wider DWP and Digital Group strategy. You will work closely with colleagues across Digital, Finance, Commercial teams, and government bodies such as the Cabinet Office and HM Treasury to drive change while keeping essential services running. Your responsibilities will include applying governance and control frameworks, producing portfolio status reports, supporting agile delivery teams, and ensuring robust risk management. You will also play a key role in building professional capability within the portfolio community through line management and coaching.
